أَفْصَحَ • (ʔafṣaḥa) IV (non-past يُفْصِحُ (yufṣiḥu), verbal noun إِفْصَاح (ʔifṣāḥ))

1. to express (clearly), to articulate

     لا يسعني إلا أن أفصح عن حدوث تقدّم هائل في التجارب الطبية، كان يبدو مستحيلا حتى أخيراً منذ بضعة أشهر. ومن المؤكد أن المعالم التي تم التوصل إليها ستُحدث ثورة في الطب.

     I can only express that there has come forth a tremendous progress in the medical trials which used to seem untransactable until lately some months ago. And it is certain that the reached milestones will spawn a revolution in medicine.
