وَصِيَّة (waṣiyyaf (plural وَصِيَّات (waṣiyyāt) or وَصَايَا (waṣāyā))

      [] فَإِنْ كَانُوا أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَٰلِكَ فَهُمْ شُرَكَاءُ فِي ٱلثُّلُثِ مِنْ بَعْدِ وَصِيَّةٍ يُوصَىٰ بِهَا أَوْ دَيْنٍ غَيْرَ مُضَارٍّ []
      [] faʔin kānū ʔakṯara min ḏālika fahum šurakāʔu fī ṯ-ṯuluṯi min baʕdi waṣiyyatin yūṣā bihā ʔaw daynin ḡayra muḍārrin []
      But if they are more than that, then they are to be sharers in a third after any will which was made or any debt without harm .
