   ܐܝܼܬ݂ ܐܲܬ݂ܪ̈ܵܘܵܬ݂ܹܐ ܐܲܝܟܵܐ ܕܝܼܠܹܗ ܩܵܢܘܿܢܵܝܵܐ ܠܡܲܡܝܘܼܬ݂ܹܐ ܐܲܣܝܼܪܹ̈ܐ ܫܚܝܼܪܹ̈ܐ ܥܲܠ ܚܲܕ݇ܟܡܵܐ ܣܘܼܪ̈ܚܵܢܹܐ.

   īṯ aṯrāwāṯē aykā d-īlēh qānōnāyā l-mamyūṯē asīrē šḥīrē ˁal ḥakmā surḥānē.

     bit msappē aḥḥā l-aḥḥā lmāwṯā, w-bābā l-brōnēh, w-bit qāymī bnōnē dalquḇl aḇāhāyh‌y wbit mamyiṯī lhōn.

     Now brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; and children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death.
