     An answer which may be explained in an academic way is: because of the structure of the law at the present, the Thai Constitutional Court has already become part of the coup system. Its spirit is different from the creation of all the constitutional courts in the world, which is meant for protecting rechtsstaat and democracy. The Thai Constitutional Court has, however, transformed into part of the coup system.
