Changed from おいである (oide aru).

Had been used commonly from the late Muromachi period to the early Edo period.

1. (now dialectal, Kagoshima, Hachijō) honorific form of 来(く)る (kuru, “to come”), 行(い)く (iku, “to go”) and 居(い)る (iru, “to exist (of animate objects)”)

   Synonyms: いらっしゃる (irassharu), 御出でになる (oide ni naru)

2. (now dialectal, Hachijō) polite form of 有(あ)る (aru, “to exist (of inanimate objects)”) and 居(い)る (iru, “to exist (of animate objects)”)

   Synonyms: ございます (gozaimasu), あります (arimasu), おります (orimasu)

     「其(その)子(し)細(さい)がござるか」「中(なか)々(なか)子(し)細(さい)がおぢゃる」
