Only attested in the genitive and dative, which are identical to those of the i-stems. The dative is similar to that of the Greek first declension, and it is usually assumed that the nominative was identical to that of Greek. 𐌰𐌽𐍄𐌹𐌰𐌿𐌺𐌹𐌰 (antiaukia), 𐌲𐌰𐌻𐌰𐍄𐌹𐌰 (galatia), 𐌳𐌰𐌻𐌼𐌰𐍄𐌹𐌰 (dalmatia), 𐌺𐌹𐌻𐌴𐌹𐌺𐌹𐌰 (kileikia), and 𐍃𐍅𐍂𐌹𐌰 (swria) appear to have declined similarly.
