These are English definitions of terms of the Klingon language (ISO 639 code: tlh), a constructed language from Paramount's Star Trek media franchise. The language also has its own script, Klingon script (ISO 15924 code: Piqd), a constructed script. The script is encoded in Unicode's ConScript Registry private codepage, but has not been accepted into Unicode proper.

The Klingon language is known as "tlhIngan Hol" in Klingon. The Klingon script is known as "pIqaD" in Klingon.

This appendix is for describing the Klingon language qua language, so terms must still pass Wiktionary:Criteria for inclusion, including WT:SOP and WT:FICTION (i.e. no terms for Star Trek–only things like pIpyuS pach pipius claw).
