      Der Biomeiler wurde erstmals von dem Franzosen Jean Pain (1928-1981) in der Provence entwickelt. Er verwertete Baum- und Strauchschnitt und setzte einen natürlichen Verrottungsprozess in Gang und gewann dadurch warmes Wasser, Warmluft, Biogas und hochwertigen Kompost. Hierbei kam es weder zu einer Verbrennung noch fiel Abfall an.
      The compost heater was first developed by the Frenchman Jean Pain (1928-1981) in Provence. He used tree and shrub cuttings and started a natural rotting process, thereby producing warm water, warm air, biogas and high-quality compost. There was no combustion and no waste was generated.
