The word templates is over used and abused and has many meanings in Wiktionary. So please, some defintion of what this ] is about--Richardb 01:04, 27 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

AFAIK, this should be the top-level category of all templates (which should, theoretically, all be categorized somewhere). — Vildricianus 09:10, 21 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

I rearranged this category a bit. Wiktionary:Entry layout explained is quite good, but we all know that templates lists are always outdated, so I went to this category and I found it completely useless. Hopefully, now (since «templates should, theoretically, all be categorized») it won't took an hour and a half to find a template like {{figuratively}}, which I was looking for and isn't linked by any help page or list. :-)
It's also useful to find some dups... --Nemo bis 10:11, 29 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Can someone please put in what this category is about ?

It seems to be an organizing category for (all?) templates in use on Wiktionary. It does seem to have all the Latin templates. --EncycloPetey 08:26, 5 May 2006 (UTC)Reply
Move to WT:RFD? --Connel MacKenzie 16:15, 7 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Seems well organized on the whole, and useful. Struck. DAVilla 14:12, 3 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
