Sean - Cardiff (originally Pembrokeshire)
In reply to Rhodri from Haverfordwest, my wife and I both still use the word “cafeled” or is it “caffled” to mean tangled or messed up. I hope that my children will pick this up as well to keep these phrases alive. After watching the Voices programme the other night I was surprised to learn that “kift” was a Pembrokeshire word. I’ve been using it all my life and just thought it was a widely known phrase. - BBC South West Wales (website) 2005
