Sakko(i) + -la, from a vernacular form of Iisak or Sakarias. It's also possible that the original form is rather Sakkula based on a form Sakku and that the -o- is in fact a spelling pronunciation based on the Swedish spelling, in which the original -u- was spelled as a -o-.[1]
