Nikud

I'm only a beginner in my knowledge of Hebrew, but it looks like the nikud on Shin are the wrong way round. Almost all of the nikud are on the left hand side (making Sin - an 's' sound) while the pronunciation given corresponds to placing the dot on the right hand side (making Shin - a 'sh' sound). You can find this difference clearly illustrated at the bottom of this page for instance: . Online translators also seem to agree with this spelling of the word. -- Taohinton (talk) 17:11, 12 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

I've copied over your enquiry to Wiktionary:Tea_room#שבור: Nikud where maybe someone will look at it. Talk pages for less popular languages like Hebrew are not visited very often. Hyarmendacil (talk) 05:54, 17 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
