This was a long time ago, so I do not remember my thinking at the time. Hans Wehr dictionary indicates that the plural of آلهة (aaliha, goddess) is formed by adding -ات: aalihaat. But آلهة is also a plural form, the plural of إله (ilaah, god, deity, godhead). So آلهة is two different words, but we do not have this indicated on the آلهة page.
