Is the third Portuguese definition really different? It sure doesn't look like "watch" is really meant based on the quote "Tens horas?" which literally means " have hours?" I'm pretty sure that's closer to the English "You have the time?" which is a regular thing to say, usually asked when it is obvious that someone has a watch so that you can expect them to give you the time.
