I don't know the pronunciation of neuroepithelium but neuro- in a word is often /nɹ̩.ow/ (which is just another way of writing what Jbr326 wrote there). But I'm not sure if that's truly a different pronunciation of /nuɹow/ pronunciation or just an allophone. And even if it is just allophone, perhaps it should anyway be at ]?
