Rfv-sense: to take revenge on (someone). I'm paraphrasing the def line, but that is what it seems to mean, with the example sentence: "Sally planned to revenge Jessica for stealing her date" or something. Is this in use? The OED does have a similar sense, but it's marked obsolete with the last citation from 1633. Ƿidsiþ 20:08, 25 September 2009 (UTC)
- It seems like poor English from a non-native speaker, and it duplicates the sense above (I think) so I think we can delete it as a "cleanup" issue rather than an rfd one. How can you verify something that nobody can understand? Mglovesfun (talk) 22:59, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
