I just noticed that 166.70.28.1 changed the Hebrew for "Turkey" from "תורכיה" to "טורקייה". But the word we had 9,470 hits on Google whereas the new word has only 63 hits. Can somebody investigate this please? Hippietrail 11:56, 7 Mar 2004 (UTC)

Possible missing senses

We have a medical slang sense for a feigning or malingering patient; Green's Newspeak (1984) says it can also be a patient mishandled by the hospital. Various different sources also say that the word can refer to fake recreational drugs (e.g. tablets made of chalk or sugar); I can't find this outside word lists but "turkey" (or "Turkey") has so many common meanings that it's hard to search.
