{{citation needed}} (aka {{fact}}) is not used on Wiktionary. It exists here only to catch erroneous usages (most likely made by Wikipedia editors who are not familiar with Wiktionary templates).
Please instead use one of the following options. Note that "rfv" is a initialism for "request for verification."
