Please remove an extra line before "{{#switch". The template generates two extra lines when there is no g= parameter.

Template should add the category Category:Czech nouns lacking gender when no parameter is given instead of "{{PAGENAME}} {{{g}}}" Maro 21:44, 4 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Interesting format calling on {{infl}} directly. It should be possible to use the cat2 parameter in {{infl}} instead of the 'g' switch. Mglovesfun (talk) 17:07, 9 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

I could really use an "uncountable" identifier, like in Template:en-noun, for terms like pečivo, lidstvo, etc. Could someone add it, please? Thanks. --Mirek2 12:10, 18 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

Genders

After some changes to the template (16 Jan 2012 or 25 Feb 2011, don't know) only "m", "f" and "n" values to "g=" did work. Some other like "{{f|p}}" didn't. Could we fix it? How many genders are in plural in Czech? Is there only one gender for plural nouns or more? Maro (talk) 20:10, 27 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

masculine animate x inanimate

I think it would be reasonable to add parameters ma for masculine animate and mi for masculine inanimate. ps: why is this template locked? --Auvajs (talk) 04:24, 28 May 2015 (UTC)Reply

Agree. It would also be good if the template added the entries into Category:Czech masculine animate nouns and Category:Czech masculine inanimate nouns, which would be subcategories of Category:Czech masculine nouns. Jan Kameníček (talk) 11:35, 18 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
I oppose creation of Category:Czech masculine animate nouns. The existence of Category:Czech masculine nouns is bad enough. --Dan Polansky (talk) 07:21, 19 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
That's horrible, obviously, since animacy is not gender. --Dan Polansky (talk) 07:16, 19 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

plurals

A plural parameter would be very good --WF on Holiday (talk) 20:39, 19 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

Possessive adjective

Could there be a parametre to add the possessive adjective for nouns? RonnieSingh (talk) 04:42, 26 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Language adverbs

We should consider adding parameter for adverbs so that we can mention maybe česky with čeština, and so on. An adjective parameter already exists RonnieSingh (talk) 20:40, 2 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
