Ah. Well, I assumed that there would be no real reason to edit in the box itself. All kinds of content can be added using the buttons and textboxes above the large edit box. The script works by continually reworking the wikitext and figuring out what the whole content should be every time anything is changed, so I don't think there's any way to fix this bug without redoing the whole script, sorry. (Anyway, I'm hoping that this script will be replaced by scripts like User:Yair rand/editor.js, User:Yair rand/TabbedLanguages.js, and User:Yair rand/NECV2.js as soon as possible. Though I'm not sure that the community is going support enabling the new scripts...)
