The script works by continually reworking the wikitext and figuring out what the whole content should be every time anything is changed, so I don't think there's any way to fix this bug without redoing the whole script, sorry. (Anyway, I'm hoping that this script will be replaced by scripts like User:Yair rand/editor.js, User:Yair rand/TabbedLanguages.js, and User:Yair rand/NECV2.js as soon as possible.
