Currently the edit summary just says e.g. "+en:verb (NEC)". I don't know about anyone else, but I at least, when patrolling recent changes, use the fact that the edit summary of a page creation displays the content of the page: it helps me catch obviously bad edits. Would it be possible to change the edit summary to something like "NEC: "? (The "en:verb" wouldn't be necessary, as the headers would be shown.)—msh210 (talk) 19:37, 30 June 2010 (UTC)

I often use just the definition, maybe that would be worth considering? Conrad.Irwin 19:53, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
Oh, of course. I hadn't thought that the edit summary could be propagated by the contents of the various fields. Yes, just the definition (or the langcode and definition, or the langcode, POS, and definition) would be wonderful IMO if feasible.—msh210 (talk) 19:56, 30 June 2010 (UTC)

Moved from header. --Yair rand (talk) 20:36, 30 June 2010 (UTC)
