Introduction
I have three decades of experience in Chinese dialectology, and two decades with various Formosan languages. Good reading comprehension of most Slavic/Germanic/Italic languages, and growing ability in several other Asian languages. I've read most publications on long-range etymologies.
I own the full set of 50+ volumes of Chinese dialect dictionaries compiled by 李榮 in addition to several other large volumes and I have manually keyed in several of these volumes in IPA transcription. I'm temporarily posting data here in my subpages until I figure out how to mass import to Wiktionary's main dictionary. I welcome other editors to mass import my data, as I am most likely not going to spend time to figure it out.
I also have a wealth of data on Formosan languages, lexical and Biblical, and plan to get all known vocabulary found either in Bible translations or other lexical sources input and updated to the current spelling standardisations. I have a compiled list of thousands of Thao lemmas, to which I'm adding conjugations and updating the spellings to the modern standard. I have already compiled a complete list of lemmas from the Tsou Bible and since I have detected several spelling errors in that list, I'm still working through it to weed them out. I'll do my best to provide the scripture passage in which each lemma is found. Again, I will post my findings to a dedicated subpage and I encourage other editors who know how to mass import my data. Other Bibles on hand to work through: Paiwan, Atayal, Bunun, Amis, Truku, Rukai, Tao.
