SoP specifically stands for Sum of Parts in Wiktionary and should be avoided if unnecessary. For example, in my humble opinion, 擤鼻涕, 清澈见底 and 土耳其烤肉 fit in this category and may be listed in RFD entries. But to be honest, even I am not so sure about it, and editors may be at odds with each other, either. Nevertheless, there is another thing to which you'd better pay attention, that is, to add an entry previously undergone RFD after re-discussing with the editors who had taken part in, since I noticed you have re-created the entry 訪華 a week ago. I also have made the same mistake and already apologised to him who announced the pass of its RFD. If an entry was once deleted, you can easily find that by whether the discussion page exists.
