Welcome

Not the usual welcome which new editors receive when they join - sorry you didn't get one when you did.

I have removed the see also which you added to αθλούμαι - since the term you added already existed at the other see also άθλημα. — Saltmarsh. 06:29, 18 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

No problem for the welcome message :). Ok for the removal, I didn't know about this rule. May I take this opportunity to ask when should I use the {{l|el|...}} template and when I should use {{el-see|...}}? Orgyn (talk) 09:56, 18 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
The usual way of entering a term is to use {{l}}. I use {{el-see}} when there is a group of related terms - it saves entering all the terms in each one of that group - and then keeping them all up-to-date when a new one needs to be added. In this case άθλημα (áthlima) is the term used for the list. Please don't hesitate to ask me if you need further help. — Saltmarsh. 11:23, 18 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
Ok, thank you very much! Orgyn (talk) 11:45, 18 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

template:etyl

Hello. May I ask you to not use {{etyl}} anymore? It's deprecated, and is currently being replaced by {{der}} (as well as {{bor}} and {{inh}} for the relevant cases). Thank you! --Barytonesis (talk) 15:08, 16 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Sure, I copied it from another word so I didn't look further. I'm thinking {{inh}} is more appropriate, isn't it? — Orgyn (talk) 15:49, 16 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Curious

Out of curiosity, where did you learn Greek and English? (I'm a francophone like you, that's why I'm asking) --Per utramque cavernam (talk) 14:28, 16 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

Hi, I learned English at school (with a bit of help from a private teacher) and I'm currently learning Greek with a teacher. Do you also contribute to Greek words on Wiktionary? — Orgyn (talk) 17:01, 16 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
Yes, though I haven't done much yet with this account (I'm User:Barytonesis, most of my contributions are there) --Per utramque cavernam (talk) 01:49, 18 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
Oh, I see :). — Orgyn (talk) 12:20, 18 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
