Wiktionary:Todo/Lists/Blank or extremely short pages

This list contains blank or extremely short pages. The threshold for being "extremely short" is 20 bytes in length, except for categories, where the threshold is 10 bytes (the text {{autocat}} is 11 bytes). The following pages are excluded from the list:

• redirects
• talk pages in any namespace
• pages in the User, MediaWiki and LiquidThreads namespaces
• subpages and user sandboxes ("User:"-prefixed pages) in the template namespace
• /sandbox and /testcases pages, as well as user sandboxes ("User:"-prefixed pages), in the Module namespace
• pages marked for speedy deletion

Note: There is an abuse filter (#84) that prevents mainspace pages edited by most users from being <20 bytes

Many of these pages—especially those 0 bytes in size—can be deleted (tag with {{d}}), but check the page history first.

Not all of these pages are necessarily problematic. Some of them are just fine as they are. We can add exceptions to the SQL query so that certain pages or families of pages do not show up on this list.
