Wiktionary:Votes/2008-10/es-verb Template

Voting on: Substitution of {{es-verb}} in place of the exisitng {{es-verb-ar}}, {{es-verb-er}}, and {{es-verb-ir}}, so that we use a single template consistently for all Spanish verb lemmata. A full description of the template's function with examples appears on the template's talk page.

Support — if for no other reason, then because everyone commenting at Wiktionary talk:About Spanish agreed to it, and a change like this doesn't really require a vote AFAICT.—msh210℠ 20:03, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
I'm not sure that it requires a vote either, but it is a major change to one of the best-represented languages on Wiktionary, replacing three venerable and heavily-used templates. I'd rather not make such a major change on the basis of just four opinions. Besides, even if everyone agrees to it, the time spent in voting will allow the community to be informed and to plan accordingly. --EncycloPetey 23:37, 7 October 2008 (UTC)
