Nomination: I hereby request the Bot flag for User:CrowleyBot for the following purposes:

WT:EL, fix h4 after h2 titles in content namespaces, listed in User:Qnm/1. "Alternative forms" section will be fixed first, others may need checks, especially h4 titles with h5 children/h4 neighbours. I have zhwiktionary bot flag, and here are examples.

I've already done small tasks like remove some iwlinks.

Need local IPBE (global on main account).
