  • I just realized why it exists: it's displayed when the CFI page is edited (which, of course, only admins can do, so you haven't seen it). Apparently things are set up so that any /Editnotice subpage is displayed when its parent page is edited Chuck Entz (talk) 08:14, 28 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
