β > ƀ

Could we use stung b = ƀ instead of β for Elder ᛒ as per the Swedish Academy? For example, see the etymology here: https://svenska.se/saob/?sok=ramn urnord. haraƀanaR (ss. personnamn) = ᚺᚨᚱᚨᛒᚨᚾᚨᛉ. Not only is it more interesting considering Norse grammar, but i find it easier to understand than the Greek Beta and it is more open to interpretation, since the phonetics of Elder runes are largely hypothetical. Honestly, stung letters in general instead of Greek. Blockhaj (talk) 10:57, 11 July 2025 (UTC)Reply
