The discussion linked to was about whether to de-link language templates such as this. Problem is that KassadBot de-links languages in translation sections that don't have a conditional wikilink, which as of right now, is all of them. I support removing the conditional wikilinks from all language templates, I don't particularly support (or oppose) de-linking languages in translations sections. Problem is, one implies the other.
