Rationale

Estimate: Some editors seems to dislike the current repetition of "of aqua", as per Wiktionary:Beer_parlour/2015/July#Collapse multiple inflection-of definitions into one with subsenses?. If we are lucky, more gets posted here. --Dan Polansky (talk) 22:40, 24 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

@Dan Polansky: Auto-collapsing saves vertical screen space? That's the best argument for it that I can think of. — I.S.M.E.T.A. 22:49, 24 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
Autocollapsing is not even part of the proposal of the vote as written. I wonder whether it should be made a separate proposal, to be voted on separately, on this vote page. Alternatively, it can be made inseparable part of of the deal so that whoever opposes autocollapsing also opposes the whole proposal. If the intention is to really make autocollapsing part of the proposal, either someone should expand the vote to say or, or I can do it for you. --Dan Polansky (talk) 22:53, 24 July 2015 (UTC)Reply

Collapsible

Should there be a proposal to make it collapsible?

Should it be an inseparable part of the deal or should it be a separate voting item?

Supporters of collapsing so far:

  • CodeCat, as the proposer in BP
  • Wikitiki, per "And I was just about to suggest making it collapsible and then I realized you already said that."

Opposers of collapsing so far:

  • Kephir, per "And I especially oppose having them collapsed."

I see no other express supports or opposes of collapsibility; please feel free post directly above in the list if you wish so we get a first idea. --Dan Polansky (talk) 23:09, 24 July 2015 (UTC)Reply
