alta-male

From alta +‎ male. From Latin alta. Coined in 2016 by Coach Magazine^[1][2] and Idea Motel to describe a man who prioritises balance, commitment and happiness over the more traditional signs of success.

alta-male (plural alta-males)

1. A man who values personal realisation over more conventional measures of success.
