  1. (mineralogy) A rare emerald-green sulfate mineral found as a natural sublimate in fumaroles around volcanic eruptions, and having the chemical formula KNaCu3(SO4)3O).
  2. (chemistry, archaic) A yellow or greenish-yellow gas, supposed to consist of chlorine dioxide with some free chlorine.
