      F. Wieser informs further, that Montenegro issued paper money (currency notes) in 1912 in denominations of 1, 2, 5, 10, 50 and 100 perpera for an amount of two million perpera. The second issue was of July 1914 in denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 perpera, and again in July 1914 and December 1915 new currency notes in denominations of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 perpera. During the war the value of the paper perper was fixed at 50 Austrian hellers.
