tisztelet (“respect”) + -em (“my”, possessive suffix)
tiszteletem
Used by men towards older men with whom they are acquainted, for instance an elderly coworker, or one's father-in-law. In situations like these, it is a very polite form of greeting, since it conveys a greater degree of both affection and respect (literally) than the more formal and distant jó napot kívánok.
