      وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰ رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ آتَيْتَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَمَلَأَهُ زِينَةً وَأَمْوَالًا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا رَبَّنَا لِيُضِلُّوٱ عَن سَبِيلِكَ رَبَّنَا ٱطْمِسْ عَلَى أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَٱشْدُدْ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ فَلَا يُؤْمِنُوا حَتَّى يَرَوُٱ الْعَذَابَ الْأَلِيمَ
      waqāla mūsā rabba-nā ʔinna-ka ʔātayta firʕawna wa-malaʔa-hū zīnatan wa-ʔamwālan fī l-ḥayāti d-dunyā rabba-nā li-yuḍillū ʕan sabīli-ka rabba-nā ṭmis ʕalā ʔamwāli-him wa-šdud ʕalā qulūbi-him falā yuʔminū ḥattā yarawu l-ʕaḏāba l-ʔalīma
      And Moses said: Our Lord, verily you have given the Pharaoh and his grandees great shine and wealth in the worldly life, our Lord, that they may lead astray from Your way. Our Lord, obliterate their wealth and harden their hearts so that they will not believe until they see the painful punishment.
