     In fact, Malaysia do need more high court judges. In June, Prime Minister Office Minister Mohamed Nazri bin Tan Sri Abdul Aziz submitted an amendment to the Subordinate Courts Act for first reading, which suggested to increase the powers of session courts and magistrate courts

     Sepang Magistrates' Court decided in late May (2017) that the case is transferred to the High Court at Shah Alam, a suburb of Kuala Lumpur. They (the defendants) will be charged at the Shah Alam High Court on 28 July, and hearing will commence in October.
