1. (transitive)
   1. to transfer

      Прехвърлих файла от компютъра на външния диск.

      Prehvǎrlih fajla ot kompjutǎra na vǎnšnija disk.

      I transferred the file from the computer to the external disk.

   2. to throw over or through

      Той прехвърли камъка през прозореца!

      Toj prehvǎrli kamǎka prez prozoreca!

      He threw the rock through the window!

   3. to read (a book) cover-to-cover; to read through

      Synonym: прели́стя (prelístja)

      Прехвърлих тази книга поне десет пъти като бях малък.

      Prehvǎrlih tazi kniga pone deset pǎti kato bjah malǎk.

      I read that whole book at least ten times when I was younger.

   4. to surmount, to surpass (reach the end or highest point of some challenge or process)

      Synonyms: преми́на (premína), преваля́ (prevaljá)

      Прехвърлих всякакви пречки да стигна дотук. Сега не смятам да се откажа.

      Prehvǎrlih vsjakakvi prečki da stigna dotuk. Sega ne smjatam da se otkaža.

   2. to transfer (e.g. to a different faculty, course)

      Реших да се прехвърля от психология в математика.

      Reših da se prehvǎrlja ot psihologija v matematika.

      I decided to transfer from psychology to mathemetics.
