- その際、金融機関や企業が頼りにしたのがいわゆる「地上げ屋」である。「地上げ」とは一般に不動産業者が土地等を購入することを指すが、バブル期には、正当な権利に基づいて建物や敷地を使用している者に対して、その意思に反してこれらの明け渡しを要求する不当な「地上げ」が横行した。
