Illyrian is an entirely different situation from Latin. Illyrian has no primary attestation and is chiefly found names and places, to which postulating their meanings is highly contentious. Secondly, you're assuming Albanian is descended from Illyrian which itself is also not agreed upon by all linguists. NB Reconstruction:Proto-Albanian/tsikā already exists. Where is the Illyrian link coming from? sīca also says "perhaps via Illyrian", citing Orel, but Illyrian is not mentioned anywhere in the Orel entry (nor the form sika for that matter).
