Old English. Again, the existence of this word appears to be incredibly unlikely, given that modern English overmorrow is probably a calque of German übermorgen (the Middle English overmorwe mentioned at that entry appears to be nonexistent); it apparently first appears in the Coverdale Bible, which was heavily based on the German Luther Bible.
