My understanding is the same as Sodoherty above, it is not taking time off doing much the same as ones usual work but returning to your place of work while on holiday to ensure that stock is well treated (otherwise it could be any career path). LessHeard vanU (talk) 16:11, 11 August 2020 (UTC)Reply
