- Splitting seems a bit much and unnecessarily confusing; perhaps something along the lines of "Borrowed from Yiddish .. and Hebrew .. " could work. Regarding the pronunciation: the one listed currently follows the Yiddish pronunciation. The Hebrew indeed has stress on the second syllable, but I don't know if that's ever actually used in Dutch. — Mnemosientje (t · c) 10:51, 10 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
- @Mnemosientje It turns out that there is a rare but citable form mamzeer that is a direct borrowing from Hebrew, so I moved the Hebrew plural to that entry. That makes the topic pretty much moot, but thanks for your time.
