- I was going to say weak keep - it does look like it has specific meaning in the business world - but then I saw that we have performance management. performance management system is just a system for performance management. The definition given doesn't match any of the citations - you can't set up a technique - and from the sounds of it, it's actually describing what performance management is. Delete.
