undefined-lect variant of term
Template for defining a Prakrit term as a variant of another term in a different lect. For example, Sauraseni Prakrit 𑀧𑀲𑀭𑀤𑀺 (pasaradi) ~ Maharastri Prakrit 𑀧𑀲𑀭𑀇 (pasaraï). This may be used to avoid repetition of etymology, definitions, etc. Categories are also added.
Only to be used in definition line.
|1=
(required)...|9=
(optional) — the lect(s). These can take some fixed values:
a
= Ardhamagadhi Prakritc
= Culikapaisacie
or h
= Helu Prakritj
= Jain Maharastrik
= Khasa Prakritmg
= Magadhi Prakritm
or mh
= Maharastri Prakritp
= Paisaci Prakrits
= Sauraseni Prakrit|2=
...|10=
— the term, where the main entry exists. The position depends on the number of lects specified - if there are 2 lects specified, the term should be specified in the third (unnamed) parameter; if only 1 lect is specified, the term can go in the 2nd parameter; if (hypothetically) there are 9 lects specified, the 10th parameter will have the term, etc.|t=
— a short definition of the term.|pos=
— part of speech. Since this template is already used below a L3 header (which defines the part of speech), this parameter should only contain details like "name of ", "a kind of ", etc.|tr=
— manual transliteration, in case the automated one is incorrect.{{pra-lect|s|𑀮𑀆}}
