, |nasal=-
and |aspirate=-
as unchanged overrides, and I think it would be preferable to use these instead of |soft=no
etc., as it matches the usual syntax we use to say that something has no value in templates (e.g. |tr=-
, {{bor|xx|yy|-}}
etc.).
Currently, both ways work, but it'd be preferable to remove the |soft=no
(etc) options, since the term no is a theoretically-valid mutated form which is not possible to add manually at the moment (whereas "-" is not), and it keeps things a bit simpler if we have one way of doing it, too. Theknightwho (talk) 16:26, 7 November 2024 (UTC)Reply
