Per the discussion at WT:GP#template:term and literal translations, please could someone who knows how add a lit= parameter to this template. Thryduulf (talk) 18:19, 26 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
- Done. That discussion also mentioned adding support for "noun", which I've added as a pos= parameter, which takes abbreviated values. I'll document shortly.—msh210℠ (talk) 18:45, 26 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
- Thanks for that. Could you tweak it though so that the lit= parameter displays even if there isn't a gloss. See Isle of Wight#Etymology for example (the Celtic etymon should have a literal translation, but as there isn't a gloss it isn't shown. The Old Irish term has a gloss and a literal trnaslation so both are shown). Thryduulf (talk) 19:19, 26 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
- Done.—msh210℠ (talk) 19:35, 26 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
- Excellent, thank you. Thryduulf (talk) 21:37, 26 July 2010 (UTC)Reply
See User_talk:Leasnam- is there consensus to add anything like this? Nadando 23:41, 24 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
- What would it be used for? What would it look like? —RuakhTALK 02:13, 25 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
- See diff and diff. I tend to think that information like that should be noted on the target page rather than on the original page. --Bequw → τ 04:13, 25 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
