fejst, loanword, from German fest, cognate with Dutch vast and English fast (verb fasten)
kajkafski, phonetic spelling of the adjective kajkavian
Thus, my username means something along the lines of strongly or firmly Kajkavian. It originated upon my reading of an article by the American linguist Marc L. Greenberg wherein he wrote about Kajkavian and Slovene speeches on the border between Prekmurje and Međimurje. In it he paraphrases a native speaker's comment on the speech of the people on the other side of the border, to quote verbatim
"fejst slovenčina" in which "čuda ne razmeš.".
which I found funny and somewhat endearing.
