Based on Template:pl-decl-combined-forms. I pretty much am only gonna use it for би (bi) and stuff ending in that, so that's why this looks weird on this page. WIP until I can find a good name for this template (the grammar section of the 1997 dictionary doesn't give a specific name for them).
