  הַ זּוֹרֵק מֵ רְשׁוּת הַ יָּחִיד לִ רְשׁוּת הָרַבִּים אוֹ מֵ רְשׁוּת הָרַבִּים לִ רְשׁוּת הַ יָּחִיד חַיָּב. מֵ רְשׁוּת הַ יָּחִיד לִ רְשׁוּת הַ יָּחִיד וּ רְשׁוּת הָרַבִּים בָּ אֶמְצַע רַבְּי עֲקִיבָה מְחַיֵּב וַ חֲכָמִים פּוֹטְרִין׃
  One who throws from the private domain to the public domain or from the public domain to the private domain is liable; from the private domain to the private domain and the public domain in the middle—Rabbi Akiva finds liable, but the sages find exempt.
